Tax and Invoicing Coordination:

  • Confirm in writing any applicable Taiwan tax treatment and invoicing requirements before a secure payment link is issued
  • Retain records as required by record-retention obligations applicable to a confirmed engagement

This website does not calculate Taiwan tax automatically and does not state a determined Taiwan invoicing treatment in advance.

After service completion:

  • Service delivery records (project documentation, deliverables) may be retained for reference unless deletion is requested.
  • You may request deletion of personal information subject to applicable retention obligations.

Deletion requests:

  • Deletion requests are processed within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.
