BilgeQor provides professional security assessment, application development, and technical advisory services.

Service Categories:
1. Security Services: Web baseline review, website hardening, application security assessment, AI/cloud readiness review, incident recovery support
2. Application Development Services: Mobile app MVP development, app rescue and rebuild, secure app launch readiness, mobile product advisory
3. Ongoing Advisory Services: Monthly security advisory, mobile product advisory, care/maintenance plans

Professional Services Nature:
Our services are professional consulting and development services, not off-the-shelf software products. Services are delivered remotely under the applicable written scope.

Service Details:
Specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each service are detailed on individual service pages. Services are packaged into tiers (Starter, Standard, Premium) with different scope and price points.

Custom Scope:
For projects requiring custom scope beyond packaged offerings, contact us for discovery call and manual quotation. Custom scope is available for all service categories.

Delivery Model:
Services are delivered remotely. No on-site visits are included unless explicitly agreed in custom scope arrangements.

All listed prices are shown in VND before taxes unless otherwise stated. VAT at 10% applies to services provided in this market. Final tax amount will be determined at checkout based on customer type, billing address, and tax registration status. Prices do not include tax unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Payment:
Payments are made via a secure payment link sent after your order request is confirmed. We do not directly handle or store credit card information. Payment data is processed in accordance with PCI DSS standards by our payment processor.

Payment Methods:
Available payment methods vary by market and are displayed on the secure payment link. We support credit/debit cards and local payment methods where available.

Service Start Conditions:
Service delivery begins only after two conditions are met:
1. Payment verified (confirmed after you complete the secure payment link)
2. Intake form completion (which confirms scope, deliverables, and timeline)

No work begins before payment is confirmed. This protects both you and us by ensuring clarity about service scope and commitment before resource allocation.

Payment Models:

• Direct Payment: Full amount paid upfront (most security services, advisory services)
• Deposit Payment: 50% upfront, 50% after intake or on delivery (some app development services)
• Recurring Payment: Monthly recurring charge (Monthly Advisory, Care Plan)

Specific payment model is indicated on each service page.

Currency:
All prices for this market are quoted in VND. Payment must be made in VND.

VAT at 10% applies to services provided to customers in Vietnam. The final tax amount will be calculated at checkout based on:

• Customer type (individual or business)
• Billing address
• Tax registration status (for business customers)

Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate tax information during the checkout process. This includes:

• Accurate billing address
• Business registration number (for business customers)
• Tax registration number (for business customers, where applicable)

Business Customers:
Business customers in Vietnam may be required to provide a tax registration number. The requirement depends on local regulations and your business's tax registration status.

Tax Calculation:
Tax amounts shown during checkout are provisional until payment is confirmed. Final tax calculation will be reflected on your invoice after payment confirmation.

Invoicing:
Your invoice will show:

• Subtotal (service price before tax)
• VAT amount (at 10%)
• Total amount (subtotal + VAT)

Tax Compliance:
We calculate and remit VAT in accordance with local tax regulations. If you have questions about VAT applicability to your specific situation, consult a tax professional in Vietnam.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available at the /refunds page in your market.

Summary:

• Full refunds available before work begins (before intake completion)
• No refunds after service delivery has started
• Service delivery begins only after payment confirmation AND intake completion

Refund Requests:
All refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] with order ID and payment confirmation details.

Professional services are provided on an "as-is" basis with the following liability limitations:

Service Scope:
Our liability is limited to the actual service fees paid for the specific service engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from service delivery or use of deliverables.

Deliverables:
Security assessment reports, code, documentation, and other deliverables are provided as professional opinions and work product. We do not guarantee that implementation of our recommendations will prevent all security incidents or achieve specific business outcomes.

Third-Party Services:
We are not liable for third-party services, tools, or platforms referenced in our deliverables or used during service delivery. This includes but is not limited to payment processors, hosting providers, or development tools.

Maximum Liability:
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid for that specific service engagement.

Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BilgeQor from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or deliverables, except where such claims result from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Force Majeure:
We are not liable for delays or failures in service delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government restrictions, internet outages, or other force majeure events.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Vietnam.

Jurisdiction:
Any disputes arising from these Terms or service delivery shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vietnam.

Language:
These Terms are provided in English and, where applicable, translated into local languages for convenience. In case of any discrepancy between English and translated versions, the English version governs.

Website Operator and Service Scope:
BilgeQor's website is operated by UPRELAY YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, incorporated in Türkiye. The applicable contracting, invoice, payment, tax, and delivery terms for an engagement are confirmed separately in writing for the agreed scope and market.

Dispute Resolution:
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation to resolve disputes. Contact [email protected] to initiate dispute resolution.

Severability:
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
