Privacy information for Panama
Effective: 2026-10-12·Last Updated: 2026-10-25
This page describes the limited website, contact form, and proposal-stage email context. It does not designate a public controller, operator, local representative, or contracting entity.
1.Contact form technical data and bot protection
When you send the contact form, we also record technical details of the submission: your IP address, approximate location derived from it (country, region, city and time zone), browser and operating-system type and version, device type, browser language and time zone, screen size, the page you sent the form from, the page that referred you, your first landing page and any campaign parameters (such as utm_source or gclid) present in the link you used.
We use these details to review, route and respond to your enquiry, to understand which markets and pages generate enquiries, and to detect and prevent abuse. The legal bases are our legitimate interests and, where applicable, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We do not use them to build cross-site profiles, and we do not collect precise geolocation or device fingerprints.
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person and may process browser and connection signals for this purpose. Enquiries and their technical details are stored in our CRM (Zoho CRM, EU data centre) and are kept with the enquiry record until the business relationship ends or you ask us to delete them.
2.Advertising measurement (Google Ads)
We use Google Ads conversion measurement to see whether our ads lead to enquiries. We do not use Enhanced Conversions: we do not send your name, email address, phone number or the contents of the contact form to Google. Ad personalisation, remarketing audiences and Google signals are off for every visitor, whatever you choose.
When advertising measurement is allowed, the Google tag on our site can set and read Google Ads cookies (such as _gcl_au, _gcl_aw and _gcl_dc) and Google may use its own IDE cookie on its domains; our Cookie Policy lists each cookie and its duration. When our server accepts an enquiry, the tag sends Google Ads one conversion event with a server-issued enquiry identifier, so the same enquiry is not counted twice, and a fixed nominal value. Like any web request, this also gives Google technical data such as your IP address, browser details and the page address.
If you arrive through a link that contains ad-click identifiers (gclid, gbraid or wbraid) or campaign parameters (utm parameters or fbclid), our site keeps your first landing page and these values in your browser. While advertising storage is allowed, this copy is kept in first-party local storage for up to 90 days from your first visit. Otherwise it is kept only in session storage for the current browser tab and ends when you close the tab. Turning advertising off removes the 90-day copy.
These values leave your browser only if you submit an enquiry. They are then sent with the enquiry, whatever your advertising choice, and are stored in the enquiry record in our CRM (Zoho CRM, EU data centre) and in our internal notification email, as described in the contact form section above. We do not add these stored values to anything we send to Google.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Türkiye, advertising measurement stays off until you accept it. Google's Consent Mode denies advertising storage and ad user data by default there, and our Google tag is not loaded until you allow at least one measurement category. Elsewhere, advertising measurement is on by default and you can turn it off at any time; there, Google's tag may also carry ad-click information between our pages in the page address (URL passthrough). Google applies these regional defaults using its IP-based location. Our site uses your browser time zone to decide whether to ask you first; if the time zone cannot be mapped, the Google tag stays blocked until you choose.
Legal basis for advertising measurement:
- European Economic Area: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which also covers storing and reading information on your device under the ePrivacy rules.
- United Kingdom: your consent under the UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
- Switzerland: your consent, which we ask for before advertising measurement starts, in line with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
- Türkiye: your explicit consent (açık rıza) under Article 5(1) of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), which also covers the transfer abroad described below (Article 9). Giving this consent is optional; our services and the contact form do not depend on it.
- Other countries: our legitimate interest in knowing whether our advertising works, where applicable law allows it. You can object at any time by turning advertising measurement off.
Landing details sent with an enquiry are processed on the same basis as the other technical details of the contact form.
International transfers: Google LLC is based in the United States, and data from advertising measurement may be transferred to and processed there. For the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions; where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses also apply. For visitors in Türkiye, this transfer relies on the explicit consent you give when you accept advertising measurement, and you can withdraw it at any time. Google may also process this data under its own privacy terms (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
Retention: Google Ads cookies on our sites last up to 90 days; other durations are listed in our Cookie Policy. The 90-day landing copy in your browser expires 90 days after your first visit, and the tab-only copy ends with the tab. Your cookie choice is stored for 6 months. Identifiers sent with an enquiry are kept with the enquiry record until the business relationship ends or you ask us to delete them. Google keeps conversion data under its own terms.
Changing or withdrawing your choice: You can change your advertising choice at any time, separately from site statistics, using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. When you turn advertising off, we stop sending conversions, disable our Google Ads tag, turn on ad data redaction, delete the Google Ads cookies we can access on our site and remove the 90-day landing copy. Cookies on Google's own domains, such as IDE, are controlled through your browser and Google settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing before you withdrew it. Your choice is stored separately on each of our country websites. To ask about, or delete, identifiers sent with an enquiry, contact [email protected].
3.Proposal-stage enquiries
If you voluntarily send the contact form or email BilgeQor, the information you provide may be read to understand and respond to your non-sensitive proposal-stage question.
4.Data minimisation
Do not send credentials, payment-card data, government identifiers, sensitive-category information, or confidential materials through the contact form or the published email links.
5.Privacy questions
For privacy-related questions about proposal-stage enquiries, use [email protected]. This contact route does not itself make a public role designation.
