Cookie Policy
Last updated: 25 October 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how UPRELAY YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, Türkiye (“BilgeQor”, “we”, “us”), the operator of this website, uses cookies and similar technologies on bilgeqor.com and our country websites (bilgeqor.de, bilgeqor.co.uk, bilgeqor.in, bilgeqor.my, bilgeqor.co.nz, bilgeqor.co.za, bilgeqor.pl, bilgeqor.at, bilgeqor.lt, bilgeqor.nl, bilgeqor.it and bilgeqor.be). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in a comparable way. Some cookies are needed for the site to work; others help us understand site use and measure advertising. In the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and Türkiye, analytics and advertising storage remain off until you accept the relevant category. Elsewhere they are on unless you reject. Ad personalisation and Google signals are always off.
2. Your choices
In the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and Türkiye, we ask for your choice before enabling statistics or advertising storage. You can Accept all or Reject all with equal ease, or choose each category separately in Cookie settings. Outside these regions, statistics and ad measurement are on by default and the settings show this. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. If you reject, we stop the relevant measurement and delete the first-party cookies we can access. Cookies on Google domains are controlled through your browser and Google settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.
Google applies regional consent defaults using its IP-based region detection. Your browser time zone helps us decide whether to show the banner and keep the Google script blocked until you choose; if it cannot be mapped, the script stays blocked. Your selected market does not determine these defaults. You can choose either category in Cookie settings at any time.
Your choice is stored separately on each of our country websites, so you may be asked again when you visit another one.
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a submission comes from a person; it may process browser and connection signals for that purpose and does not set advertising cookies.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the site (such as remembering your country) may not work.

4. Google Analytics and Consent Mode
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our websites, for example which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. Google’s Consent Mode v2 applies separate regional defaults for statistics and advertising. Where consent is required, the Google tag is not loaded until you allow at least one measurement category. The tag respects each category separately. When statistics are allowed, Google Analytics collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location (country or city derived from your IP address; Google Analytics does not log or store full IP addresses), device and browser type, and the referring website. Rejecting statistics stops our analytics events and removes accessible analytics cookies. We keep analytics data for 14 months.
Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) acts as our processor. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions; where applicable, transfers are also covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. More information: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://business.safety.google/privacy/.
When advertising measurement is allowed, the same Google tag tells Google Ads when our server accepts a contact enquiry. It sends the server-issued enquiry identifier as the transaction identifier to avoid counting the same enquiry twice. We do not send the contact form contents in this conversion event. Ad personalisation and Google signals remain off everywhere.
We retain landing-page ad-click identifiers (gclid, gbraid and wbraid) for up to 90 days in first-party browser storage only while advertising storage is allowed. Otherwise they stay only in session storage for the current browser tab. If you submit an enquiry, its landing attribution is included in the enquiry record and notification email. When advertising storage is denied, ad data redaction is enabled for Google tags.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our use of cookies changes. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last revised. If changes require new consent, we will ask you again.
